Umpires
England Hockey have amended the Red Card and Match Day Misconduct Offence Regulations in that a player receiving a red card for a minor offence having already received a yellow card for the same type of offence is no longer suspended for a minimum of 16 days but misses the rest of the game in which the red card is issued.

Umpires still need to fill in a "Red Card Form" and send it to the applicable County Disciplinary Officer. More details are enclosed in the FAQs document below along with a current Red Card Form and Disrepute formw.  The full regulations can be found on the England Hockey website.

Please note England Hockey have removed the requirement for all Level 1 umpires to complete a 3 match card therefore I have not attached one for this coming season.

There are no rule changes for the 2016 season.
